The Classical Music Society promotes a regular series of live music recitals and concerts by soloists or groups of performers. These are normally held in March, June, September and November in the Gallery at Kidderminster Library in Market Street.

Events at the Library are presented in association with Worcestershire County Council.

Frequently these are piano recitals using the excellent Steinway Model B piano but may be extended to feature violin, viola, cello, wind or brass instruments, etc. Occasionally vocalists are included in the programme.

These events also take place on Fridays and start at 7.30 pm usually finishing around 9.30/ 9.45 pm. There is ample car parking nearby and convenient public transport and taxis also within easy walking distance. Although a modern three storey building, there is a lift for disabled access.

Occasionally special concerts are promoted that require the use either of Kidderminster Town Hall or some other public or church building.
