THE MAGHULL RECORDED MUSIC SOCIETY starts its new season of meetings on Monday, 19th September, in the Lounge at St George's Social Centre, Station Road, Maghull. Our members enjoy listening to programmes of recorded classical music in comfortable surroundings, and have a good chat over tea and biscuits during the interval. Our meetings are held fortnightly from September to May, commencing at 7.30pm. St George's has a large, well-lit car park and is also very near Maghull railway station. Currently the Society has about thirty-five members. Prospective new members are very welcome to come along (without obligation) to see what we have to offer and to share a love of music with like-minded friends.
