Graham Kiteley is a Chartered Secretary by qualification but "spent a lifetime" in company accounting and administration in the carpet industry, sand and gravel extraction, building and civil engineering, plant hire and latterly in electric motor manufacture. He took early retirement in 2001 anticipating a quiet existence! He became Vice-Chairman of the Federation in October 2002 but took on the role of Treasurer in December 2003. For the past five years, he has also been the organiser of the national Daventry Musical Weekend. He has been Chairman of the Classical Music Society in Kidderminster for much of its forty years' existence
